Passing a tourist licenses between owners
Hi, we bought an apartment in the center of Madrid that has a tourist license not knowing the license is by name and not general by apartment. So now the old owner wants to sell us the license for 2000 euros but before we pay them we want to know if we can really pass it easily to our name or maybe anyhow the tourist athourtis will ask us to start the whole prossess again and pay for a new license? thank you
