¿Puedes tramitar la turistica en los gigantes para mí? ¿cuánto costaria?
I would like to buy an apartment in los gigantes, but i want to know if i can obtain after buying a licencio vacacional to rent for short term. For the communidad there is no problem. The problem is that there is no " habitabilidad declaracion". The complex consist of 4 blocks. For the first block there is a declaration. The building company went bankrupt and the other three blocks where finished by the bank. All this was 20 years ago. Is it possible for you to obtain succesfully la licencia vacacional turistica? And what would be the price?
